基于Pro/E和ANSYS的变速箱斜齿轮的参数化精确建模及模态分析

摘    要:从斜齿圆柱齿轮的成形原理出发,用准确的数学方程进行描述,并在Pro/E中予以模型的生成,并将斜齿圆柱齿轮的画法参数化,可以迅速完成任意的圆柱斜齿轮的三维模型的建立。同时利用Pro/E和ANSYS的专用接口,将在Pro/E中建立的三维实体模型导入到ANSYS中,利用ANSYS的有限元分析功能,对斜齿圆柱齿轮进行模态分析,得到其在各阶模态下的固有频率和固有振型,为齿轮的优化设计及应用提供理论依据。
