摘    要:介绍了传统煤矿井下水泵房控制方式的不足,研究了一种利用水仓水位准确测量涌水量的方法,设计了基于PLC的井下水泵房自动排水监控系统,分析了系统的构成和控制软件的编制。系统自动检测水井水位和其他参数,对水泵的运行进行自动化控制,并利用以太网通信技术,实现矿井水泵房的全自动监控的管理。

Abstract:The disadvantage of coal mine's pumps was introduced.A accurate method to measure the amount of water pouring from the underground was explained by calculating the level of water pump.With the application of programmable logic controller,an automatic control system of pumps was proposed to achieve remote control and online monitoring of the water level and other related parameters.The system also can communicate with host computer by the Ethernet to perform the management.
