苏里格气田小直径油管排水采气试验及效果分析

摘    要:苏里格气田属于低压低产气藏,气井生产中后期,因井底压力和产气量低,气井携液能力差,导致井筒积液不断增多,严重影响气井的正常生产,部分气井甚至出现积液停产现象。为提高气井携液能力,依据管柱优选理论,结合苏里格气田井筒实际情况,优选适合该气田的小直径油管作为生产管柱,在原φ73mm油管内下入φ38.1mm连续油管。采用小直径油管生产后,产气量产水量均明显增加,取得了较好的排水采气效果。

Abstract:Sulige gasfield is low producting rate and low pressure.In the medium and late period of it development,because of low bottom-hole pressure and low producting rate, well's liquid carrying capacity become worse,liquid in the wellhole add up more and more, it seriously affects well's producing,even parts of well stop producing.In order to enhancing well's liquid carrying capacity,according to the theory of pipe string selection,with the well-bore reality of Sulige Gasfield,we runΦ38.1 mm coiled tubing inΦ73 mm tubing.As well's production string,the coiled tubing runs well,well's gas production and liquid production become more.This method get good effect of dewatering gas recovery.
