摘    要:
为了全面评价催化裂化装置吸收稳定系统工艺流程的优劣,不仅要对解析塔进行能耗分析,同时应实现以节能为目的的系统工艺最优化。应用HYSYS化工过程模拟软件对某炼油厂催化裂化装置吸收稳定系统进行模拟计算,并对多种进料工况进行研究分析。结果表明:冷进料工艺减少了系统的物料循环,提高了生产能力;另外,冷进料工艺也减少了系统的能量消耗,降低了生产成本,有利于装置的扩能增效。所以,冷进料是最合理的工艺流程。

Abstract:
In order to extensively evaluate the high or low quality of the process flow of absorption-stabilization system in the catalytic cracking unit(CCU),the system optimization at the aim of energy-saving as well as the analysis of energy consumption in desorption column were conducted.The HYSYS simulation software for chemical process was used in analog computation on the absorption-stabilization system of CCU in one refinery,and the(several) operating modes of feed flow were analyzed.The results show that the cold feed can reduce the materialcirculation and increase the production capacity;and also decrease the energy consumption,cut down the cost of production and favor the energy expansion and efficiency enlargement.So the cold feed is the most rational technology.
