吸泥管分段等孔径等孔距设计

摘    要:对一种新型排泥机械的吸泥管进行了水力分析,推出了吸泥管内压力公式;根据压力公式及孔眼流量公式,分析了几种布孔方法;导出了变孔径等孔距布孔时孔径与孔距的关系式;提出了吸泥管分段等孔径等孔距布孔方法,此法能够得到较好的吸泥均匀度,为等孔距布孔提供理论依据。

Abstract:The hydraulic analysis was done of a sludge suction pipe of a new type of sludge removal equipment.Several hole-collocating methods was analyzed,which was based on the pipe inner pressure formula and the hole flow formula.Then it was deduced that the aperture and distance correlation while hole collocated by different aperture and same distance;and it was put forward that the Same aperture and distance design in different subsection,which is a theoretical basis for same aperture and distance correlation.
