| 摘 要： | 《建筑电气工程施工质量验收规范》已发布实施,该规范编制的指导原则是“验评分离、强化验收、完善手段、过程控制”,其实施的重点在于设备器具原材料不要错用,位置正确,按地连接要可靠,要进行交接试验和负荷试运行鉴定,主控项目整改后应重新组织验收。

| Abstract: | The code of acceptance of construction quality of electrical installation in building has been issued for implementation.The compilation principle is "separation of test and assessment","strengthen the acceptance","improving measures" and "process control".What to be noted most are proper use of instruments and materials;correct places;reliability of earthing.When taking over,the contractor shall make test at the presence of the owner.If any test item which belongs to the one having controlling effect to the whole project is revised, the same test shall be made again. |
