| 摘 要： | 介绍了质量体系文件的概念、作用与企业标准的关系，以及通过计算机来实现质量体系文件和企业标准管理的现实意义。着重描述了“质量体系文件管理系统”的总体设计方案及系统特点，为企业的质量体系文件与企业标准的管理提供了一套实用、科学、规范的系统软件。 |

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the concept and function of quality documents and their relation with standard enterprise documents. Also the paper describes in details the practical significance of managing the quality documents and standard enterprise documents by means of computers, presents the general design procedure and the characteristics of management systems of quality documents. A practical, scientific and standard program is provided for enterprises to manage their quality documents and standard enterprise documents. |
