明确职责 加强沟通全面完成松辽流域水利普查工作

流域机构在第一次全国水利普查工作中,作为一级独立的水利普查责任主体,在做好自身普查工作的基础上,还承担着承上启下的桥梁纽带作用.松辽委普查办在准确把握流域普查机构工作定位的基础上,在2011年全面完成了清查阶段各项工作任务,督促和指导流域各省(区)按照国普办统一时间结点要求,按时、保质上报了清查成果,开展的动、静态数据获取和空间数据采集标绘工作.2012年是普查工作的关键之年,松辽委普查办将继续在国普办和松辽委水利普查领导小组的正确领导下,全面、顺利完成各项普查任务,为国家交上一份满意的答卷.

Defining responsibility and strengthening communication to complete fully the water census of Songliao basin

In the first national water census,as an independent responsibility body of the water census,the basin organization not only complete their own census work,but also play the role of bridge and bond linking the superior with the inferior.Based on the accurate location of the basin census organization,in 2011,the water census leading group office of Songliao Water Resources Commission fully completes the various tasks of the check stage,supervises and guides the check results submission with on time and quality preservation for the related provinces,according to the uniform time requirements,carries out the acquisition of static and dynamic data and the acquisition and plotting of the space data.The year 2012 is the crucial year of the census work,under the leadership of the first national water census leading group office of state council and the first national water census leading group of Songliao Water Resources Commission,the census office would complete the various census tasks comprehensively and successfully and hand in the perfect results.
