| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了世界包装工业存在的严重环保问题 ,必须大力促进包装废弃物的再生利用。目前技术条件已经十分成熟 ,政府应该在政策上加以扶持和引导。德国和泰国在这方面积蓄了一定经验 ,值得借鉴。
