摘    要:新建300 kt/a合成氨系统采用两段式加压干煤粉气化、耐硫变换及低温甲醇洗气体净化、液氮洗合成气精制、低压(15.0 MPa)氨合成、串级斯科特硫回收以及氨法烟气脱硫等国内外先进的工艺和技术。通过采用洁净煤气化和能源梯级利用技术对企业进行原料和动力结构调整,实现原料煤多元化,降低了成本,提高了效益。整套装置工艺先进,技术可靠,具有节能、环保、经济、可持续发展等优点。

Abstract:The newly-built 300 kt/a ammonia plant employs advanced domestic and foreign processes and technologies, including two-stage dry pulverized coal gasification under pressure, shift conversion with sulfur-tolerant catalyst, low-temperature methanol wash for gas purification, liquid nitrogen wash for syngas refining, low-pressure (15.0 MPa) ammonia synthesis, Scott sulfur recovery in series, and ammonia-process fume desulfurization. By the readjustment of the feedstock and power structure in the plant with the use of clean coal gasification and energy cascade utilization technology, the multiplicity of feed coal is realized, the cost is reduced, and the benefit is improved. The whole unit uses advanced process and reliable technology and has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, economy, and sustainable growth.
