中西饮食文化差异之跨文化比较

摘    要:在不同文化背景下,中西方形成了各自特点鲜明的饮食文化,并在此基础上派生出审美感悟与审美情趣等价值诉求。这种诉求促使人们按照自身的民族传统及其思维方式去崇尚美好的饮食行为、提升其文化内涵。因此,在跨文化交流时应当遵循一定的交际原则,来关照不同饮食文化所体现的价值诉求与文化内涵。

Abstract:Under different cultural background, Chinese and western food cultures are formed with distinct char- acteristics in which value appeals for aesthetic comprehension and aesthetic temperament and interest are de- rived. These appeals make people uphold good eating behavior and promote its cultural connotation according to their own national tradition and way of thinking. Therefore, in the intercultural communication we should follow certain principles of communication and attend to different value appeals and cultural connotation embodied in different diet cultures.
