| 摘 要： | 在油井分层测试中使用往复式智能开关器，因结垢造成卡活塞，使开关功能失效，导致分层测试、分层隔采作业无法正常进行。研制了旋转活塞控制式智能开关器，地层流体可通过空心旋转活塞流出，有效防止活塞及阀腔结垢。现场试验2井次，准确地获取了油井各层产能数据，为后期动态措施调整提供了可靠的依据。
