摘    要:如何提升低成本开发能力,是我国汽车企业加强设计开发能力的关键.提出了一种创新的方法,首次将“战略成本管理”和“精益理念”在汽车产品开发中进行结合,并引入到全过程的新产品开发中,实现了低成本高质量.该方法在某汽车公司某车型上得到很好的实践,有很好的借鉴和推广价值.

Abstract:The important thing for Chinese Automotive companies to enhance the Design and Product Development ability is to upgrade the low cost product development ability. A new creative way that combined the "Strategy cost manager" and "Lean theory" was given, and imported this way to whole process of new product development. Low cost and high quality was gotten at the same time. This new way gets practice at certain vehicle company's some models and is worth to spread.
