高速牙轮钻头轴承双金属密封失效分析及改进

摘    要:目前,高速牙轮钻头轴承双金属密封性能不能很好地满足使用要求,导致轴承使用寿命低,钻头快速失效,使钻井成本增加,钻井效率降低。分析表明:弹性元件的主要失效形式为老化和磨损,主要原因是工作环境较恶劣,橡胶圈的压缩率过大,橡胶材料耐高温、耐磨、耐腐蚀性能较差;金属环的主要失效形式为磨损,主要原因是密封面压力分布极不均匀,对中性差,导致钻井液进入密封面间。对金属环和橡胶圈的结构设计及材料优选提出了改进措施,以提高高速牙轮钻头的性能和使用寿命。

Abstract:Currently,the performance of high-speed cone bit bearing bi-metal seal doesn't well meet the requirements,which leads to low bearing life,bit quickly fail,so that drilling costs is greatly increased,drilling efficiency is greatly reduced.The analysis shows that the main failure mode of elastic elements is the aging and wear,mainly due to relatively poor working conditions;the large compression ratio is rubber ring,the poor resistance of high temperature,wear and corrosion of rubber materials.The main failur...
