| Abstract: | Nonmetallic pressure vessels are extensively used in storage and transportation of chemical products.The defects possibly emerge in nonmetallic pressure vessels and the nondestructive testing methods applied during fabrication and use are reviewed,including visual testing(VT),acousto-ultrasonic testing(AUT) and acoustic emission(AE).The characteristics of the methods are also discussed. |
