| 摘 要： | 近年来,大气环境污染日益严重,挥发性有机物作为二次污染的前体物逐渐受到社会各界的关注.VOCs的定义是国家制定相关VOCs管控政策的前提与集中体现,通过比较各国对VOCs的定义,并系统描述发达国家VOCs相关管控政策的进展,结合我国目前VOCs管控现状,提出相关建议.

| Abstract: | In recent years,atmospheric environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious,and volatile organic compounds(VOCs)as a precursor of secondary pollution have gradually attracted attention from all walks of life.The definition of VOCs is the premise and embodiment of relevant VOCs control policies formulated by the state.By comparing the definitions of VOCs in various countries,and systematically describing the progress of VOCs control policies in developed countries,combined with the current status of VOCs control in China,relevant suggestions are made. |
