钒钛渣对刚玉莫来石耐火材料的侵蚀研究

摘    要:通过不同温度下钒钛渣对刚玉莫来石耐火材料的侵蚀实验,分析了炉渣、温度对材料的影响,认为致密结构、低气孔率是提高炉衬寿命的关键,板条状莫来石的存在利于减缓渣的侵蚀过程。

Abstract:The influences of furnace slag and temperature on the material properties are identified by way of laboratory experiments on the erosion of V-Ti slag to the corundum mullite refractory at different temperatures.Results indicate that compact structure and low porosity ratio are two key factors to the extension of the campaign life of the BF lining and existence of the plate mullite in the refractory is benefit to alleviate the erosion process of the slag.
