ANSYS软件在调节阀阀芯型线设计中的应用

摘    要:调节阀中不同阀芯型线可得到不同的流量特性。本文用ANSYS程序中的FLOTRAN CFD对几种阀芯型线在各开度下构成的阀道结构模型进行分析,得出不同阀芯在各开度下的流量系数。从而得到符合不同工况下的流量特性曲线,该方法可帮助解决阀芯型线设计,缩短设计和加工周期。

Abstract:The different flow characteristics could be derived from the different molded lines of the valve clack. The valve channel structure models of molded lines of the valve clacks with various jaw openings were analyzed by using FLOTRAN CFD of ANSYS program, the flow coefficients of various valve cores with different jaw openings were derived. And the flow characteristics curves conforming to various working conditions were obtained. It could perform the design of molded lines of the valve clacks, shorten the design and processing cycles.
