| 摘 要： | 如何解决白城干旱缺水问题,多年来一直是各级领导和有关科技人员十分关注和努力探索的课题。本文从对白城水资源组成的分析入手,论述了白城缺水的状态,针对解决白城市干旱缺水问题,在完善现有水利工程,加快蓄洪工程建设,加大计划用水、节约用水力度,工农业生产和城乡建设要＂以水定物、量水而行＂等四个方面做了必要的探讨。 |

| Abstract: | how to solve the drought and water shortage in Baicheng,it has been the concern topic and efforts to explore by the leaders at all levels and relevant scientific staff and technician.This paper analyzed the water resources components,and expounded the water shortage state.It discussed the following four aspects for resolving the urban water shortage problem,that is to improve the existing water conservancy projects,accelerate the construction of flood storage works,to increase the planned water and water saving,agricultural products and urban and rural construction should be based on the amount of water supplied. |
