摘    要:通过用柠檬酸三钠还原硝酸银的方法制得了银溶胶及用真空镀膜的方法制备出银膜作为表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)活性基底.分别采取不同的方法对基底粒径进行了分析计算.选用六氢吡啶作为探针分子,得到了在两种基底上SERS谱,针对粒径对光谱强度的影响进行了分析.

Abstract:Silver sol-gel was prepared by reduction reaction of nitrate silver with sodium citrate.And silver films were prepared as a surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)active substrate by vacuum deposition.Different approaches are taken to analyze particle size on the calculation of the base.In this paper,piperidine is chosen as the detective molecule,SERSs on the silver film and in the silver sol-gel are obtained.The effect of particle size on spectroscopy intensity is analyzed.
