| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法。研究表明:中国学校体育照搬西方教育思想,被推到了功利性、工具性和外在性的境遇。学校体育要达到"育人为本"的教育改革之路,必须寻找民族传统文化的根,以教(立教)与学(修道)为手段,以中庸(守中大用)为根本,以修养为方法,以诚为途径,以命性道教的和谐为目标,实现学校体育的教育共通体。 |

| Abstract: | Literature review and logical analysis methods were employed in this paper, and the result shows that Chinese colleges＇ copying of the western educational concept in physical education resulted in the situation of utilitarian, instrumentality and exteriority. The root of traditional culture should be searched for to realize the aims of school physical education ＂ nurturing students-oriented＂ with teaching （establishing teaching thinkings） and learning （cultivating one ＇s doctrine life） as the means, the Doctrine of Mean as the foundation, self-cultivation as the method, sincerity as the threshold, the harmony of life and Taoism as the goal so as to perfect the integrity of the school physical education. |
