| 摘 要： | 社会发展需要创新,创新需要创新型人才,高等教育是培养创新型人才的主要途径。针对时代发展所提出的创新人才培养的课题,本文从课堂教学、实验教学、实践教学、考核方式四个方面对培养学生形成创新思维、发扬创新精神、提高创新能力、成就创新型人才进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | Development of the society needs innovation which is also in need of innovative talents,and the high education is the main approach to cultivating innovative talents.This paper focuses on the issue of innovative talents cultivation and elaborates on how to help students form innovative thinking,promote innovative spirit,improve innovative ability and achieve innovation from the four aspects: classroom teaching,experiment teaching,practice teaching,and assessment way in teaching. |
