高应力硐室群锚注联合支护技术

摘    要:为解决深井高应力条件下大型软岩硐室的维护难题,本文在分析高应力硐室群围岩变形破坏机理的基础上,研究了锚注联合加固的支护机理和工艺流程,提出了浅部围岩化学注浆、对穿组合锚索等施工技术,研究了围岩两步耦合注浆的机理及其主要技术参数、注浆设备和工艺流程.邢东矿二水平泵房、变电所进行加固修复工程的FLAC数值模拟计算结果和实际工程效果表明,采用锚注联合支护技术能有效提高岩体强度、改善围岩力学性能和结构、提高围岩的承栽力及加强锚索的锚固力.进行加固后的深井高应力硐室群围岩变形量明显减小,证明锚注联合支护技术是解决煤矿高应力软岩工程安全维护的有效手段,可在类似条件下的深井高应力大型硐室维护中推广应用.
