摘    要:阐述了绕线式异步电机的无功补偿原理;建立了d,q,0坐标系的数学模型.通过在绕线式电机转子回路上串接容性电压,以降低电机的无功功率,减小定子侧的电流,提高电机的效率及其过载能力.系统采用单相至三相交-交变频产生容性电压,简化了电路,大大减小了变压器的总容量;采用单片机作为控制核心,使系统具有过流、过温、转子缺相、主电机运行状态监控等保护功能.该系统可广泛用于建材、化工、化肥、造纸、制药、冶金等大中型绕线式异步电机中.

Abstract:The principle of the reactive power compensating device to windings rotor induction motor is described and mathematical model in d,q,0 reference frame is set up.A capacitive voltage source is connected in series to the rotor cir-cuit of induction motor to decrease the reactive power of the motor and current of the stator,and to advance efficiency and ability of over loading of the motor.A single phase to three phases AC/AC cycloconverter is adopted in order to produce capacitive voltage,so the circuit is simpler and the capacity of transformer is lessn.Using sing-chip microcomputer as the control core,the system has the protecting functions of over current,over temperature,lack of phase and running state's control of the motor.The system can be widely applied to large and medium-sized winding asynchronous motors in the fields of building materials,chemical industry,chemical fertilizer,paper making,pharmacy,metallurgical industry.
