摘    要:将实验室分离纯化所得的脱氮硫杆菌(简称T.denitrificans)用于硫酸盐还原菌(简称SRB)引起的微生物腐蚀的防治。采用静态挂片、交流阻抗法(EIS)等方法,研究了Q235钢在接种SRB以及SRB和T.denitrificans共存培养基介质中的腐蚀行为;并借助扫描隧道显微镜、电子探针等表面分析手段,研究了碳钢腐蚀过程中生物膜的形貌及致密程度的变化以及生物膜中细菌的新陈代谢产物。研究结果表明:SRB的存在加速了Q235钢的腐蚀,若该体系中有T.denitrificans共存,可明显降低碳钢微生物腐蚀的程度,且共生生物膜较SRB单独存在时的生物膜更为致密,该生物膜中硫化物含量远比SRB生物膜中的含量低。

Abstract:Thiobacillus denitrificans (T. denitriflcans) was used to control the microbial induced corrosion (MIC) of sulfate reducing bacterial (SRB) . The corrosion behavior of carbon steel in the media inoculated with SRB and the media inoculated with SRB and T. denitrificans were studied by weight loss method and electrochemical impedance spectrum (EIS) . The morphologies and compactness of biofilms and metabolic products during bacteria corrosion were observed by scanning probe microscopy (SPM) and electron probe microanalysis (EPMA). The results showed that the corrosion rate of carbon steel was increased with SRB alone, but decreased with T. denitrificans coexisting. The compactness of biofilm was enhanced and the content of sulfide in the biofilm was low with T. denitrificans.
