摘    要:在水利水电工程建设中,通常采用预应力锚索(杆)加同不稳定边坡以改善其稳定性。然而,至今为止,对预应力锚固的设计大多过于保守,造成过多的工程浪费,锚固设计理论与方法有待于深入研究。通过对影响岩锚设计参数的因素分析,应用优化与决策理论,提出了岩锚设计参数的确定方法,建立了岩锚支护设计决策支持系统RSASYS,为工程设计人员进行岩锚设计提供了一种新的分析方法。实践证明该方法可行并可获得巨大的经济效益。

Abstract:In the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects, prestressed anchor cables (rods) are usually used to strengthen unstable slopes to improve their stability. However, up to now, the design of prestressed anchorage is mostly too conservative, resulting in too much engineering waste, and the anchorage design theory and method need to be further studied. By analyzing the factors affecting the design parameters of rock anchor and applying optimization and decision theory, the method of determining the design parameters of rock anchor is proposed, and the decision support system RSASYS for rock anchor support design is established, which provides a new analysis method for engineering designers to design rock anchor. The practice proves that this method is feasible and can obtain great economic benefit.
