| 摘 要： | 本文剖析了目前国内普遍采用的直接合成法生产氧化铁黑工艺的缺陷。利用钛白粉厂酸及绿矾为原料，采秀氧化合成法制备着色力比直接合成法产品７２２强１倍的铁黑，并副产质量较好的无水硫酸钠，为硫酸法钛白粉厂和绿矾的综合利用找到一条合理的途径。

| Abstract: | Shortcomings of the direct synthetic ferric oxide black technology accepted widespreadly at home have been analyzed in the article. A comprehensive utilization way of using Ti02 plant's waste acid and green vitriol to prepare a new variety of ferric oxide black through oxidation synthesis has been developed. Its' colouring capability is doubled as compared with the 722 of the original method,and the quality of its by-product anhydrous Na2SO4 is good. It is a rational way for comprehensive utilization of waste acid and green vitriol in TiO2 plant of sulfuric acid method. |
