高速加工切削用量选择分析

摘    要:高速加工切削用量的选择主要考虑加工效率、加工质量、刀具磨损和加工成本。不同刀具加工不同工件材料时,切削用量会有很大差异。切削用量的选择是高速加工中的重要内容,切削用量的大小对加工效率、加工质量、刀具磨损和加工成本均有显著影响。本文对高速加工的切削用量选择问题进行了分析,给出了若干原则和建议。

Abstract:High speed machining cutting parameters selection mainly considered processing efficiency, the processing surface quality, the tool wear and machining cost. Different tool processing different workpiece materials, cutting parameters are quite different. Selection of cutting parameter is the important content of the high-speed machining, the size of the cutting amount of processing efficiency, and processing quality, tool wear and processing cost significantly influence. The paper analyzed the high speed machining cutting dosages selection process, and put forward some principles and suggestions.
