| 摘 要： | 在钢铁企业的备件加工中需要的大螺距螺纹的加工件特别多且应用广,但大螺距螺纹螺距大、牙型槽宽且深,对刀具强度、粗糙度、形状精度、锋利程度要求较高。刀具刃磨的好与差直接影响加工后螺纹表面光洁度、尺寸精度及加工效率。本文介绍总结了一套科学、简单、实用的大螺距螺纹刀具刃磨技巧,正确运用能提高螺纹的光洁度,保证尺寸精度,提高生产效率。

| Abstract: | In the iron and steel enterprises of spare parts needed in the processing of special thread and wide application, but the thread pitch, tooth groove width and depth, cutting intensity, roughness, shape precision of a higher degree. Tool sharpening of the good and bad directly influence the processing thread surface smoothness, dimensional precision and machining efficiency. The paper summarizes a set of scientific, simple, practical thread cutter grinding technique according to many years of work experience. Correct application can improve the thread finish, ensure the size precision, improve the production efficiency. |
