蒸汽过热炉炉管稳定性安全分析

摘    要:为分析一蒸汽过热炉炉管弯曲变形原因,对辐射过热段炉管进行传热、柔度计算和稳定性分析,得出炉管失稳原因是烘炉时管壁温度过高,自由膨胀受到约束;还就该失效炉管能否继续使用进行了简单的安全性分析。

Abstract:The calculations of heat transfer and flexibility, and stability analysis were conducted for the tubes in the radiant superheated section to analyze the deformation causes of the tubes of a superheated steam gas furnace. The unstable cause of the tubes was because of the super high temperature of the tube walls during baking the furnace and the restriction on free expansion. A simple safety analysis was made of the continuous application of the tubes.
