| 摘 要： | 线阵CCD器件以电荷耦合理论为基础，在非接触式测量领域得到了广泛的应用。采用线阵CCD研制的竹地板公差在线检测系统，具有分辨率高、工作灵敏等特点。研究表明，该系统工作性能满足要求且工作稳定、可靠。

| Abstract: | The component of linear-array CCD based on the theory of electricity coupling is widely used in non-touch field.The spot measure system made of linear-array CCD is provided with the features of high resolution and sensitivity.The research shows that the working performance of the system can meet the need,and it is steady and reliably. |
