| 摘 要： | 介绍了国内外评价及计算科技成果的经济效益时采用的方法，提出计算科技成果的直接经济效益时应遵循的原则；给出了结合鞍钢公司的实际情况应用的计算科技成果经济效益的方法。针对鞍钢正确评价科技成果，发挥技术中心技术创新核心作用 需求，提出了有关建议。

| Abstract: | The methods adapted for evaluating and calculating economical benefits of scientific and technological achievements are introdced ; the principles to be observed for calculating direct economical benefits ofscientific and technological are laid down,combining the actual situation in AISC the methods to be adapted forcalculating economical benefits of scientific and thchnological achievements are given. In accordance with therequirement of correct evaluation of scientific and technological achievements and development of key functionof technological innovation of AISC Technology Centre, relative proposals are presented. |
