流量对离心泵内部流场的影响

摘    要:借助Fluent软件,基于三维Navier-Stokes方程和标准k-ε模型,采用多重参考坐标系和Simple算法对IS80-50-315离心泵内三维湍流流场进行了数值模拟,得到了不同流量下离心泵内的速度分布和压力分布,研究了流量对离心泵运行性能的影响,研究结果为离心泵的设计提供了有益的参考。

Abstract:Based on the reynolds time-averaged Navier-Stokes equations and the standard k-ε model,the simple algorithm with multiple reference frame coordination was applied to the analysis of three-dimensional turbulence flow in a IS80-50-315 centrifugal pump by means of Fluent.The pressure and velocity distributions at different flow rate were obtained.The effect of flow rate on operational performance of the centrifugal pump was also investigated.The present work is helpful to the design of this kind of centrifugal pump.
