摘    要:针对嵌入式开发平台上的SST39VF040 NorFlash芯片,根据其硬件结构定义了芯片的数据结构,通过其工作原理,分析了芯片读、写、擦除操作的工作过程,建立起对应的有限状态机(FSA)转化控制模型.利用此模型与定义的数据结构,设计与实现了该芯片功能的软件仿真.测试表明,仿真的NorFlash可以支持Bootloader的Flash操作,在降低开发成本和提高开发效率方面有显著成效.

Abstract:The data structure of the chip was defined according to the hardware structure of SST39VF040 NorFlash chip which is based on the embedded development platform.After analyzed the reading,writing and erasing operation of the chip of work procedures through its work principle and set up a corresponding FSA(Finite State Automata) model.The software simulation of the function of the chip was designed and accomplished utilizing this model and definition of the data structure.Testing result shows that simulation o...
