| 摘 要： | 简述了日用陶瓷高压注浆的原理,对某型日用陶瓷高压注浆机的模板进行了设计和有限元分析.该模板可用于卧式和立式高压注浆机,分析表明该模板的强度和刚度均满足设计要求.

| Abstract: | The principles of high pressure casting were first described,and then a design for the mold plates of a certain type of high-pressure casting machine used for daily ceramics was finished and analyzed by FEA.The designed mold plates can be used for both the horizontal and vertical casting machines.Results show that their strength and rigidity can meet the design requirements. |
