居住性历史街区保护更新的规划探索——以郑州书院街为例

居住性历史街区作为我国文化遗产的重要类型，是城市特色的集中体现，同时也是承栽市民日常生活的有机生命体，其保护更新涉及诸多利益关系，是一项复杂的社会实践，应坚持原真性、积极性、多元性等原则，进行“整体保护”与“有机更新”。该文以郑州书院街历史街区为例，通过完善步行系统、鼓励混合使用、培育街区触媒点等规划策略对历史环境和社会功能进行保护与更新；同时完善政府公共职能、明晰产权关系、推动社区建筑、完善住房保障制度等相关制度层面，以保障规划的顺利实施。

Research on Conservation and Renewal of the Residential Historic Districts: A Case of Zhengzhou Shuyuan Historic District

As an important type of cultural heritage,residential historic district is not only a concentrated expression of the city’s character, but also an organic life containing people’s daily life. The conservation and renewal of residential historic district is a complex social practice which involves a lot of various interests and should adhere to the principles of authenticity, enthusiasm, diversity to realize integrated-conservation and organic renewal. Taking Zhengzhou Shuyuan historic district for example, we explore the methods how to realize the integrated-conservation and organic renewal through the improvement of the walking system, encouraging mixed-use, nurturing neighborhoods catalyst and so on. At the same time, we should improve the institutional aspects, such as the government’s public functions, clear property rights, community building and the housing security system to guarantee the implementation of the planning.
