摘    要:高坝洲升船机计算机监控系统由现地控制单元、通信网络和上位监控主机3部分构成。文中在简要介绍各部分的组成后,着重介绍了上位机系统的功能设计和实现方法。上位机系统具有访问权限设置及安全闭锁、升船机系统运行监控与仿真、数据采集与数据库管理、故障报警与事故追忆、报表管理及打印、机构动作超时保护、专家提示及事故指导等功能。最后介绍了计算机监控系统网络调试方法。

Abstract:The computer monitoring and control system of the Gaobazhou ship lift is made up of local control units, communication network and upper computers. The composition of the system is introduced briefly, and the function design and realization are described in detail. The functions of the upper computer system are as follows: accessing right setting and safe closedown, monitoring and simulation of the ship lift system operation, data collection and database management, fault alarm and accident retrospect, table management and printing, machine action overtime protection, expert prompt and accident guidance, etc. The network debugging methods for the computer monitoring and control system are introduced in the end.
