| 摘 要： | 为有效整合企业信息资源,实现产品制造过程各环节的协同,通过对多品种小批量企业生产运作方式特点的分析,建立了企业生产流程模型,并设计开发了面向产品制造全过程的信息集成平台.该平台主要包括生产任务、技术信息、制造资源、工作成绩、数据统计与分析等五个子系统.详细介绍了系统的体系结构与功能设计方案.经实际应用表明,该平台实现了生产计划、工艺与工装设计、生产准备与调度、零部件加工与检验等产品制造过程各个环节的信息集成与协同工作,是一个功能较完善的企业级信息资源共享系统.
