摘    要:提出了利用小波变换的单端行波测距新方法,可有效提取输电线路故障行波特征并消除行波色散对定位精度的影响,同时解决了如何定义行波到达时间和选取行波传播速度的问题。大量测距结果证实,采用小波变换技术的单端行波测距法的测距结果在可靠性和测距精度上都有很大提高,在单端行波测距法能够使用的条件下,测距精度能够满足现场对精确故障定位的要求。

Abstract:This paper presents a new single terminal method of traveling wave fault location using wavelet transtorm for transmission line. The proposed method can effectively extract the characteristic of traveling wave, eliminate the effects of the traveling wave dispersion on the fault location accuracy, and make the definition of arrival time and the choice of propagation velocity more reasonable. A large amount of fault location results show that the new method is more accurate and reliable, and can meet the accurate fault location requirement when single terminal methods of traveling wave can be used in some position.
