光催化自洁净玻璃的研制

摘    要:用溶胶-凝胶法制备了表面镀有Ag-TiO2光催化薄膜的自洁净玻璃,并利用XRD,SEM等方法研究了光催化薄膜的结构与特征,考察了不同银含量以及不同膜厚度对自洁净玻璃光催化活性的影响。研究结果表明:光催化薄膜主要由20-100nm的Ag和TiO2颗粒构成;掺入适量银,可提高光催化活性,在Ag]/TiO2]=2/50(浓度比)时为最好。在Ag]/TiO2]=2/50时,膜厚为0.87μm时光催化活性最高。

Abstract:The self_cleaning glass with Ag-TiO2 photocatalytic thin film coated on slide glass was prepared by sol-gel progress from the system TiO(C4H9)4-NH(C2H4OH)2-C2H5OH-H2O containing AgNO3. The microstructure and properties of the films were studied by SEM and XRD. The effects of the amount of Ag_addition and the thickness of the Ag-TiO2 thin film on the photocatalytic activity were examined. The results show that the photocatalytic thin film is mainly composed of Ag and TiO2 particles of 20—100 nm, at [Ag]/[TiO2]=2/50, the highest photocatalytic activity is obtained for the film with a thickness of 0.87 μm.
