摘    要:用浸渍法和微乳液法制备了Ni含量相同的Ni/Al2O3催化剂,在固定床反应器中评价了Ni/Al2O3催化剂在碳二馏分选择加氢反应中的催化性能,采用低温N2吸附-脱附、X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜等方法对催化剂进行了表征。实验结果表明,在原料气组成和反应条件相同的情况下,微乳液法制备的Ni/Al2O3催化剂的活性和选择性明显高于浸渍法制备的Ni/Al2O3催化剂;微乳液法制备的Ni/Al2O3催化剂在75℃下乙炔转化率和乙烯选择性分别为96.95%和49.54%。表征结果显示,与浸渍法制备的Ni/Al2O3催化剂相比,微乳液法制备的Ni/Al2O3催化剂的活性组分粒径更小、在载体上分散更均匀,且活性组分与载体之间有相互作用。

Abstract:Ni/Al2O3 catalysts with same nickel content were prepared by impregnation and microemulsion method separately,and their catalytic properties in selective hydrogenation of acetylene in C2 fraction were evaluated in a fixed bed reactor.The catalysts were characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption,XRD,SEM and TEM.Activity and selectivity of Ni/Al2O3 catalyst prepared by microemulsion method are significantly higher than those of the catalyst prepared by impregnation method when keeping composition of feed gas a...
