新型双稳态电磁离合器的静态特性仿真分析

摘    要:提出了一种新型双稳态结构的电磁离合器,分析了其基本工作原理,并通过仿真方法验证了双稳态结构的可行性。采用Ansoft软件分析了该电磁离合器的静态特性,并通过调整结构参数优化了性能。

Abstract:A new type of electromagnetic clutch which worked at double steady states was introduced in the paper.Simulation method was used to analyze its principle,and verify its practical structure.Ansoft was also used here to calculate its steady state characteristics,and to get feather optimization by adjusting structure parameters.
