麦弗逊前悬架硬点参数的灵敏度分析和优化

摘    要:针对厂家反映的汽车前轮磨损严重的问题,以国产某轿车为例,应用ADAMS/Car建立该车的前悬架仿真模型,并以目标样车前轮前束角、前轮外倾角、轮距和轴距随轮跳的变化等K&C特性曲线的斜率为目标,在ADAMS/Insi曲t模块中对该前悬架硬点进行整体灵敏度分析.根据灵敏度分析结果,选择对前轮磨损程度影响较大的前束角、外倾角以及轮距和轴距4个参数为设计目标,选取较为灵敏的硬点进行优化.通过以最少的前悬架硬点参数的调整,达到使该车前悬架K&C特性曲线趋近于目标样车K强C特性曲线的目的.这样既解决了前轮磨损严重的问题,又提高了该车型的综合性能.
