摘 要: | 利用SolidWorks三维设计软件,结合VB、CAXA的优点,采用了3种方法绘制直齿圆柱齿轮的齿形图,通过拉伸、切除、阵列等特征方法实现渐开线齿轮的实体建模。针对具体实例,在建模的基础上用Simulation对生成的直齿圆柱齿轮分别进行了应力仿真,并与理论计算值进行比较,验证了仿真的正确性。

Root Stress Analysis of Straight Spur Gear Based on Simulation |

Abstract: | Three ways to draw gear tooth figure are described by SolidWorks 3D design software,the VB and the CAXA.The solid model of gear is created by using feature commands of SolidWorks such as extrude,cut,pattern etc..Aiming at concrete example,the root stress of spur gear is researched using Simulation based on gear model.Its simulation result is compared with theoretical calculation value in order to verify simulation result.Then it can be concluded that the more accurate gear profile is,the closer simulation value is to calculation value. |
