| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种智能化轧辊堆焊专用焊接设备，其中较详细的介绍了各部分硬件电路原理及部分软件，该系统能用ＭＩＧ、ＭＡＧ、ＴＩＧ、ＣＯ２和埋弧焊等焊接方法进行轧辊和轧机轴类自动堆焊修复，其焊接质量高，成本低，具有良好的经济价值。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces one intelligence welding system for roll surfacing welding, and in detail the all circuit principle of hardware and some software in the system. Used this system, the roll and the rolling mill axle can be repaired by many auto-surfacing welding methods. such as MIG, MAG, TIG, CO 2 and SAW, and with high quality, low cost and fine economical values. |
