LVDT传感器在钻井泵阀体运动学测试中的应用

摘    要:钻井泵阀是重要的易损件,其工作性能的好坏与其运动学、动力学特性有直接关系。为研究阀体的运动学特性,介绍了LVDT传感器的制作方法,以及测试钻井泵阀体运动规律的微机测试系统和测试原理、方法。

Abstract:As one of quick wear parts of mud pump, mud pump valve's property is connected directly with its kinematics and dynamics. To study the kinematics characteristics of valve body , this paper presents the method of making LVDT transducer and a testing system composed of computer, LVDT transducer, A/D,etc. , as well as the theory and ways of testing kinematics of valve body of mud pump.
