特定纳米结构燃烧催化剂在电厂煤粉炉中使用的效果

摘    要:为考查具有特定纳米结构燃烧催化剂在电厂煤粉炉中使用的效果,在火电厂进行了一系列试验.结果验证了该助燃剂适用于煤粉炉,有增加煤的发热量以及节能降耗的效果,催化作用时效持续24小时以上;但仍有添加量偏大等问题,有待后续试验完善。

Coal Saving Effect of Special Nanostructured Combustion Catalyzer Using in Pulverized Coal Boiler of Coal-fired Power Plant

Abstract:In order to review coal saving effect of special nanostuctured combustion catalyzer using in pulverized coal boiler of coal-fird power plant, some experiments were done, and the results prove that the combustion-supporting agent is suitable for pulverized coal boiler, can increase calorific capacity of coal and have effect of saving coal and cutting down the consumption of coal,catalytic action can take effect more than 24 hours. But there are some problems such as the more additive, which can be perfected by the next test.
