摘    要:本文研究了在冷热循环过程中Cu-Zn-Al合金双程记忆性能的衰减规律。实验分别考察了高温和低温残余应变的变化规律,结果表明:双程记忆性能的衰减可分为两个阶段,在第一阶段性能的衰减主要与热弹性马氏体的再取向有关,而在第二阶段性能的衰减与位错的增殖有关。

Abstract:The thermal cycling behaviour of two-way shape memory properties has been investigated in a Cu-Zn-Al alloy in this paper. The variation of residual strain at the higher and lower temperature were measured respectively.The results show that the degradation of two-way shape memory properties could be divided into two stages.In the initial stage the degradation is mainly associated with the re-orientation of thermoelastic martensite,while in the subsequent stage the degradation is probably caused by the increment of dislocations.
