| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析国内外现代学徒制人才培养现状,梳理职业院校现代学徒制专业人才培养模式、实施路径、经验做法,创新人才培养体系,探索构建“一体三合”现代学徒制人才培养模式,从人才培养标准体系及相关制度、协同育人中心、育人机制、教学团队等方面重构现代学徒制人才培养体系,构建专业人才培养共同体,为高职院校推进现代学徒制实践提供参考,为深化产教融合,推进校企合作提供新举措和实施路径。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the current situation of modern apprenticeship cultivating at home and abroad,sort out the modern apprenticeship cultivating mode,implementation path,experience and practice of modern apprenticeship in vocational colleges,and innovate the talents cultivating system,explores"Three-in-One"modern apprenticeship talents cultivating mode,and reconstructs the modern apprenticeship talents cultivating system from the aspects of talents cultivating standard system and related systems,collaborative education center,education mechanism and teaching team etc.The modern apprenticeship talents cultivating system provides a reference for higher vocational colleges to promote the practice of modern apprenticeship,and provides new measures and implementation paths for deepening the integration of industry and education as well as promoting school-enterprise cooperation. |
