摘    要:本文通过分析旧砂粒在离心式再生机再生过程中的受力、由推导旧砂粒上残留膜的变形及除去条件,对旧砂干法再生的机理进行了较为深入的理论探讨和试验研究。认为各种干法再生就其再生机理看都是碰撞摩擦过程。但为了获得良好的再生效果,不能无限地加大再生过程中的碰撞摩擦强度,

Abstract:The reclaiming mechanism of used sand by dry methods were studied and disussed, by analysing the used sand grain forced and infering the varied form of residual film on used sand grain and the eliminated condition of residual film from used sand grain, in the reclaiming process of the centrifugal type mechanical reclaming machine. The author holds all kinds of dry reclaiming equipments of used sands are collid-rubbing ones seeing the reclaiming mechanism. But in order to obtain better reclaiming efficacy, could not add the collid-rubbing intensity in reclaiming process limitlessly, and should pay attention to take measures from foundry technology. For example, in resin sand casting, it should use the lower ratio of sand/metal and the longer time from pouring to shake out.
